Sun, 01 Jan 2017 00:00:00 GMT http://dspace.univ-bouira.dz:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/10833 2017-01-01T00:00:00Z http://dspace.univ-bouira.dz:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/10815 Titre: الرياضة المدرسية الجزائرية في جانبها التكويني بين الواقع و المأمول"دراسة مقارنة" Auteur(s): بوغربي, محمد Résumé: تمحورت الدراسة حول الرياضة المدرسية في الجزائر في جانبها التكويني والذي نقصد به تكوين الحكام المتمدرسين " Scolaire Arbitres jeunes Les ،" فمن خالل الرياضة المدرسية أي النشاط الرياضي الالصفي بأقطابه الثالثة )التنافسي، التكويني ، الترفيهي(أرتئينا التطرق إلى الواقع الذي هو عليه هذا الجانب المذكور سابقا وكذا دور اإلتحادية الجزائرية للرياضة المدرسية بإعتبارها الهيئة المشرفة على الرياضة المدرسية ، هذا من جهة ، وأخذ نموذج للدول المتطورة في هذا الميدان وكانت تتمثل في فرنسا وبالتحديد اإلتحاد الوطني للرياضة المدرسية بفرنسا .S.S.N.U ،ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيس للدراسة استخدم الباحث إستبيان مكون من ثالثة جوانب ) الجانب اإلداري،الفني، جانب الجمعية الثقافية الرياضية المدرسية ( وتضمن 13 سؤال تم توزيعه على 65 أستاذ موزعين عبر 31 واليات )الجزائر، البويرة ، تسيمسيلت( تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أصل 153 أستاذ، وكان عدد األنشطة الرياضية للهيئتين الرياضيتين) الجزائرية FASS / الفرنسية UNSS( )33 )نشاط رياضي )31 )منها أنشطة جماعية و )30 )أنشطة فردية، أماالجانب الخاص بعدد المكونين فقد كان حجم العينة يمثل )36 )أنشطة رياضية )31 )انشطة جماعية و)33 )نشاط واحد فردي. و كانت عينة األنشطة الرياضية عينة مقصودة حتى يتسنى للباحث المقارنة بين الهيئتين في عدد الممارسين حسب كل نشاط رياضي وكذا عدد الحكام الشباب المتمدرسين،و تم إجراء مقابلة بنوعيها )الشخصية ،وعن طريق الواب كام Cam Web )مع المسؤولين المباشرين لكلتا الهيئتين الرياضيتين الجزائرية )FASS )الفرنسية )UNSS )عن طريق تحضير إستفتاء يتكون من جانبين )الجانب المتعلق ببرامج األعمال و النشاطات المقترحة من طرف الهيئتين الرياضيتين ، والجانب المتعلق بعدد المشاركين ، و المكونين و سط الهيئتين الرياضيتين : ) ))UNSS / FASS وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية واالنحرافات المعيارية و اختبار )ت (. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود فروق فيما يخص عدد الممارسين حسب كل نشاط رياضي،وكذا عدد الحكام الشباب الرسميين المكونينن وسط الهيئتين الرياضييتين )S.S.N.U( )S.S.A.F )و هذا في جميع االنشطة الرياضية الخمسة ولصالح اإلتحاد الوطني للرياضة المدرسية بفرنسا ،وأظهرت النتائج كذلك الى وجود فروق في عدد الحكام المكونين حسب كل نشاط رياضي،حيث أن التكوين وسط االتحادية الجزائرية للرياضة المدرسية )S.S.A.F )يقتصر على )36 )خمسة نشاطات رياضية )رياضة فردية واحدة، و أربعة انشطة جماعية( و المكونين هم حكام شباب متمدرسين ) arbitres jeunes scolaires ، ) بينما التكوين وسط االتحاد الوطني للرياضة المدرسية ) S.S.N.U )يتمثل في تكوين حكام الشباب الرسميين )officiels jeunes ) و ذلك من خالل )15 )نشاط رياضي. هذا وقد تم تفسير نتائجFocused study on school sports in Algeria in part, formative and who we mean by formation rulers school attendance "Les jeunes Arbitres Scolaire", it is during any physical activity extracurricular three Boqtabh school sports (competitive, formative, recreational) Ortiana to address the fact that it is mentioned in this side is previously, as well as the Federal Algerian school sports role as a supervisory body on schools sports, on the one hand, and took the model of developed nations in this field and has been to France and specifically the National Union school sports in France UNSS, and to achieve the main objective of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire composed of three sides (side administrative, technical, along with the Sports and Cultural Association School) and included 31 questions which was distributed to 56 professor distributors across 03 states (Algeria, Bouira, Tsamcilt) were randomly selected out of 461 professor, and the number of sports activities of the two bodies two sportswear (Algerian FASS / French UNSS ) (11) Activity for sports (04), including group activities and (07) the activities of an individual, the private number of components Omaganb was a sample size (05) Sports Activities (04) and group activities (01) Activity one individually.
