Etude rhéologique des peintures

Abstract

Résumé La maîtrise du procédé de couchage de peinture nécessite la compréhension des phénomènes déterminant l'épaisseur et l'aspect du film déposé sur le substrat. Cela passe par le contrôle des propriétés rhéologiques des peintures, dans les conditions de sollicitation correspondant au procédé. Dans ce projet, généralités sur les peintures ainsi que la théorie de rhéologie ont été développés, ce qui nous permettra de comprendre la relation très lié entre la rhéologie et les revêtements en général. Mots clés : Couchage de peinture, rhéologie. ملخص يتطلب إتقان عملية طالء الدهان فهم الظواهر التي تحدد سمك ومظهر الفيلم المترسب على الركيزة. ويشمل ذلك التحكم في الخصائص االنسيابية للدهانات، في ظل ظروف اإلجهاد المقابلة للعملية. في هذا المشروع، تم تطوير العموميات على الدهانات وكذلك نظرية الريولوجيا، مما سيسمح لنا بفهم العالقة الوثيقة الصلة بين الريولوجيا والطالءات بشكل عام. الكلمات المفتاحية: طالء الدهان، ريولوجيا. Abstract Mastering the paint coating process requires understanding the phenomena determining the thickness and appearance of the film deposited on the substrate. This involves controlling the rheological properties of the paints, under the stress conditions corresponding to the process. In this project, generalities on paints as well as the theory of rheology have been developed, which will allow us to understand the relationship between rheology and coatings in general.
