Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة الموجودة بين الأسلوب التفاعلي (الديمقراطي) للمدرب وتحقيق تماسك الفريق واستثارة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى اللاعبين، حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية ببعض الفرق كرة اليد للموسم (2015-2016)، إذ قام الباحث باختيار أربعة (04) فرق وهذا من أجل الكشف عن الأسلوب التفاعلي (الديمقراطي) الذي يتبعه المدرب الرياضي في قيادته للفريق الرياضي، لتحقيقه لتماسك الفريق والكشف عن مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز الرياضي لدى اللاعبين وقد استخدم الباحث لأجل ذلك المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب التحليلي وهذا لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة كما اعتمد الباحث على طريقة العينة القصدية بالأسلوب المسح الشامل في اختيار عينة الدراسة، وفي سبيل الحصول على البيانات استخدم الباحث (03) مقاييس نفسية رياضية كأداة جمع البيانات، مقياس الخاص بدافعية الانجاز الرياضي ومقياس الأساليب القيادية للمدرب الرياضي (من وجهة نظر المدرب) ومقياس تماسك الفريق، وبعد الحصول على البيانات الكمية تم تحليلها إحصائيا، وذلك من أجل الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة حيث استخدم الباحث معامل الارتباط "بيرسون" لدراسة العلاقات بين المتغيرات وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين الأسلوب التفاعلي (الديمقراطي) للمدرب وتحقيق تماسك الفريق واستثارة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى اللاعبي كرة اليد، ومعرفة مدى ناجعة وفعالية الأسلوب التفاعلي (الديمقراطي) الذي يعتمد عليه المدربين أثناء الحصص التدريبية ومن أجل هذا قمنا بإجراء دراسة على مستوى فرق كرة اليد لولاية البويرة The present study aimed to identify the relationship between the interactive method (democratic) coach and achieve team cohesion and raise the motivation of sports achievement of the players, where the field study was conducted with some teams handball season (2015-2016), as the researcher to choose four (04) teams and this in order to detect the interactive method (democratic) followed by the coach athlete in his leadership of the team sports, to achieve the cohesion of the team and to detect the level of achievement motivation sports among the players it has been used as a researcher for this descriptive analytical approach in a manner that suits the subject of the study and researcher adopted Al The researcher used (03) mathematical psychological measures as a data collection tool, a measure of the motivation of mathematical achievement, a measure of the leadership methods of the sports coach (from the point of view of the trainer), the measure of team cohesion, and after obtaining quantitative data were statistically analyzed, in order to answer the questions of the study where the researcher used the link "Pearson" coefficient to study the relationships between the variables and the purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the interactive method (democratic) coach and achieve team cohesion and raising Duff Yeh athletic achievement at the Allaobei handball, and find out how efficient and effective interactive method (democratic) upon which the trainers during the training sessions and for this we have conducted a study on the state of handball Bouira teams level.
