Abstract

Résumé Cette étude pratique porte sur le suivi du processus de fabrication du savon liquide dans une unité de production de cosmétiques industriels. La fabrication de ce lot savon liquide consiste en une opération unitaire de mélange à froid matières premières selon la formule du produit. Les résultats du contrôle qualité du produit fini et de laboratoire ont confirmé que le produit était en conforme aux normes algériennes et donc apte à l'emploi. Abstract This practical study focuses on monitoring the liquid soap manufacturing process in an industrial cosmetics production unit. The manufacture of this liquid soap batch consists of a unitary cold mixing operation raw material according to the product formula. The results of the finished product and laboratory quality control confirmed that the product was in conforms to Algerian standards and therefore suitable for use. الملخص تركز هذه الدراسة العملية على مراقبة عملية تصنيع الصابون السائل في وحدة إنتاج مستحضرات التجميل الصناعية .يتكون تصنيع مجموعة الصابون السائل هذه من عملية خلط بارد أحادية المواد الخام حسب صيغة المنتج .أكدت نتائج المنتج النهائي ومراقبة الجودة في المختبر أن المنتج موجود يتوافق مع المعايير الجزائرية وبالتالي فهو مناسب لالستخدام
