Abstract

ملخص الهدف من تقريرنا هو مراقبة طريقة صياغة منظف من نوع سائل األطباق اليدوي "نجمة". يعتمد عملنا على التحليالت الفيزيوكيميائية لتوصيف المواد المستخدمة في صياغة منتجاتنا وطرق إلعداد المنتج على مستوى المختبر مع مراقبة جودة هذا األخير والمنتج النهائي المصنوع على النطاق الصناعي. Résumé L’objectif de notre rapport est le suivi d'un procédé de formulation d'un détergent type liquide-vaisselle à mains « Nedjma ». Notre travail est basé sur la caractérisation physicochimique des matériaux utilisés dans la formulation de notre détergent et la préparation de liquide vaisselle à mains au niveau de laboratoire et à l'échelle industrielle avec un contrôle de qualité des produits finis élaborés.
