Abstract

Résumé Le travail porte sur la fabrication et contrôle de qualité du PARALGAN® 300mg, médicament antalgique sous forme sèche (sachet), qui a été produit au niveau de l’unité BIOTIC production de SAIDAL-CHERCHELL. La qualité physico-chimique et microbiologique du produit pharmaceutique confirme la conformité du produit finaux normes de la PharmacopéeEuropéenne2014. Mots clé : médicament, paralgan 300mg, contrôle qualité. Abstract The work focuses on the manufacture and quality control of PARALGAN® 300mg, an analgesic drug in dry form (sachet), which was produced at the BIOTIC production unit of SAIDAL-CHERCHELL. The physic-chemical and microbiological quality of the pharmaceutical product is confirmed the conformity of the finished product with the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia2014.
