Abstract

Résumé Dans ce rapport, on s’est intéressé à un médicament antalgique sous forme de gel qui est le « SEPTHOL Gel 50 g » fabriqué au sein des laboratoires PHARMAGHREB. L’objectif de cette étude consiste en le contrôle physico-chimique et microbiologique de SEPTHOL Gel 50 g et ce dans le but d’établir la conformité de produit fini avec la norme pharmacopée européenne 8 ème édition. Différentes analyses de contrôle physico-chimiques ont été réalisées au niveau du laboratoire de contrôle. Les résultats obtenus permettant de conclure que le produit testé est conforme. Par ailleurs, les résultats obtenus des analyses microbiologiques montrent que le nombre de Staphylococcus aureus et de Pseudomonas aeruginasa est inférieur aux normes prescrites par la pharmacopée européenne 8 ème édition. Le médicament générique SEPTHOL Gel 50 g est considéré de bonne qualité pharmaceutique. Abstract In this report, we were interested in an analgesic drug in the form of a gel which is the 'SEPTHOL Gel 50 g' manufactured within the PHARMAGHREB laboratories. The objective of this study consists of the physico-chemical and microbiological control of SEPTHOL Gel 50 g with the aim of establishing the compliance of the finished product with the European Pharmacopoeia standard 8th edition. Various physico-chemical control analyzes were carried out at the level of the control laboratory. The results obtained make it possible to conclude that the tested product is compliant. Furthermore, the results obtained from the microbiological analyzes show that the number of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginasa is lower than the standards prescribed by the European Pharmacopoeia 8th edition.
