Extrusion et impression de différents films d’emballage en PEBD

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail a été effectué à l’entreprise de ACHRAF PLASTIC de Sétif, son but est la production, impression et caractérisation de différents types de films polyéthylène à basse densité. En suivant un processus de fabrication bien définit. La première étape est le processus de transformation de matière première par l’extrusion gonflage et l’extrusion à plat puis traitement corona et enfin l’impression. Après ces films se passent par une série des tests pour s’assurer que les films répondent aux exigences des clients.
