Contrôle de la qualité du revêtement Extérieure tri-couche de la pipe au niveau de l’entreprise ALFAPIPE (Ghardaïa)

Abstract

Résumé : Pour emballer des tubes en acier soudés, nous avons besoin de trois matériaux (époxy, adessif, polyéthylène à haute densité) contribuant à leur protection contre la corrosion. Ils peuvent être également revêtus intérieurement pour améliorer l'écoulement du fluide transporté ou pour prévenir la corrosion interne si le gaz transporté est corrosif. L'objectif de ce travail est d'étudier le processus de contrôle qualité des revêtements anticorrosion de la pipe dans la société ALFAPIPE de Ghardaïa, ce processus comprend plusieurs tests de la matière première (époxy, adhésif, polyéthylène à haute densité). Le revêtement extérieur anticorrosion se compose de trois couches d'époxy et d’une couche mince d’adhésif, d’une couche de polyéthylène de 2.5mm d’épaisseur. Les résultats obtenus sont conformes aux spécifications demandées par les clients et aux normes appliquées. They can also be coated internally to improve the flow of the transported fluid or to prevent internal corrosion if the transported gas is corrosive. The objective of this work is to study the process of quality control of the anticorrosion coatings of the pipe in the company ALFAPIPE of Ghardaia, this process includes several tests of the raw material (epoxy, adhesive, high density polyethylene). The exterior anti-corrosion coating consists of three layers of epoxy and a thin layer of adhesive, a layer of 2.5mm thick polyethylene. The results obtained comply with the specifications requested by the customers and with the standards applied.
