Controle de qualité des eaux industrielles

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail est le fruit d’un stage d’un mois au sein de la société nommé « Algerian Qatari Steel ». Cette société a été créée en décembre 2013 et résulte d’un partenariat d’investissement entre l’Algérie et Qatar. L’AQS opère dans la zone industrielle de Bellara dans la commune d’El Milia (wilaya Jijel). Les produits finis de l’industrie sidérurgique sont : le rond à béton et le fil machine. L’utilisation de l’eau dans cette industrie est principalement pour le refroidissement des machines de production. Les besoins en eau sont satisfaits par les eaux superficielles du Barrage de Boussiaba. Une qualité spécifique est exigée, pour cela, un traitement est indispensable. Un suivi de paramètres physico-chimiques des eaux brutes et industrielles a été effectué durant mon stage. Les résultats obtenus montrent que la qualité des eaux analysées est conforme aux normes exigées par le constructeur du complexe sidérurgique. Abstract This work is the result of a month internship at the company called "Algerian Qatari Steel". This company was created in December 2013 and is the result of an investment partnership between Algeria and Qatar. AQS operates in the industrial zone of Bellara in the municipality of El Milia (wilaya Jijel). The end products of the steel industry are: béton round and wire rod. The use of water in this industry is primarily for cooling production machinery. The water needs are met by surface water from the Boussiaba Dam. A specific quality is required. For this, treatment is essential. The physicochemical parameters of raw water and make-up water were monitored. The results obtained show that the quality of the water analyzed complies with the standards required by the manufacturer of the steel complex. الملخص هذا العمل هو نتيجة تدريب لمدة شهر واحد في شركة تسمى "الجزائرية القطرية للصلب". تم إنشاء هذه الشركة في ديسمبر 2013 وهي نتيجة شراكة استثمارية بين الجزائر وقطر. تم انشاءها في المنطقة الصناعية بالرة في بلدية الميلية )والية جيجل(. المنتجات النهائية لصناعة الصلب هي: حديد االسمنت المسلح دائري وقضيب سلكي. إن استخدام المياه في هذه الصناعة هو في المقام االول لتبريد آالت االنتاج. يتم تلبية االحتياجات المائية من المياه السطحية من سد بوسيابة. المعالجة ضرورية لهده المياه لضمان الجودة المطلوبة في االنتاج. تم رصد الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للماء الخامة والمياه الصناعية لمدة أسبوع. تظهر النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن جودة المياه التي تم تحليلها تتوافق مع المعايير المطلوبة من قبل الشركة المصنعة لمجمع الصلب
