Abstract

Résumé L’objectif de cette étude consiste à suivre les étapes de contrôle qualité d’une peinture fabriqué au sein de l'unité de production de l'Entreprise Nationale des Peinture (ENAP) m'a permis de voir l'une des grande industrie du secteur chimique et d'avoir une claire perception du monde industrielle. Dans ce stage j'ai eu l'occasion de visualiser toute les étapes de fabrication et de conditionnement et de voir les situations que rencontre l'ingénieur, ce qui m'apprit comment réagir lorsqu'un problème se présente durant la fabrication, le stage m’a permis de valoriser le coté économique de l'industrie et gérer les ressources pour éviter les pertes de matière. Abstract The objective of this study consists in following the stages of quality control of a paint manufactured within the production unit of the National Company of Painting (ENAP) allowed me to see one of the great industry of the chemical sector and to have a clear perception of the industrial world. In this internship, I had the opportunity to visualize all the stages of manufacturing and packaging and to see the situations encountered by the engineer, which taught me how to react when a problem arises during manufacturing; the internship allowed me to value the economic side of the industry and manage resources to avoid material loss. Keywords: paints, manufacturing, quality control. ملخض يتمثل الهدف من هذه الدراسة في متابعة مراحل مراقبة الجودة للطالء المصنوع داخل وحدة اإلنتاج التابعة للشر كة الوطنية للدهانات (ENAP (مما سمح لي برؤية واحدة من أعظم الصناعات في قطاع الكيماويات والحصول على تصور واضح عن العالم الصناعي. في هذا التدريب، أتيحت لي الفرصة لتصور جميع مراحل التصنيع والتعبئة ورؤية المواقف التي واجهها المهندس، والتي علمتني كيفية الرد عند ظهور مشكلة أثناء التصنيع، وقد سمح لي التدريب الداخلي بتقدير الجانب االقتصادي من الصناعة وإدارة الموارد لتجنب الخسارة المادية. الكلمات المفتاحية: طالء، تصنيع، مراقبة الجودة.
