Résumé: Recently, a large amount of data can be generated by healthcare systems, can be transformed to valuable information. The medical record of patient is the fundamental parts of healthcare data, It takes many forms, such as Vital signs (Body Temperature, Pulse Rate, Respiration Rate, Blood Pressure), diagnoses, blood analysis and prescriptions... etc. Several limitations have been addressed in this work, First, in most existing systems, Privacy and trust are the main issues that concerns patients when dealing with their medical personal data. Therefore, The patient needs to have the entire and the exclusive control on his own data. Second, Governing healthcare data management by only one entity exposes the system to multiple vulnerabilities such as Single Point of Failure (SPOF). To fill such technical gaps, Our goal is to implement an efficient platform that supports privacy while maintaining a decentralized management of data. Our objective is achieved by designing a system based on Blockchain technology. The proposed system has been developed using Hyperledger Fabric framework as a private blockchain, which has been tested to demonstrate data privacy, and its performance is evaluated against competing blockchain approaches. The results we obtained showed the performance and the efficiency of our proposal in maintaining data privacy and terms storage capacity management.
