Abstract: In the general case, the taking into account the behavior of a material up to ruin allows a more optimized design using much more predictive models. As part of our study, we present some results of the analytical modeling approach carried out to analyze the behavior of reinforced concrete slabs on the outer face by cork composite patches, of various dimensions under the effect of an eccentric progressive vertical load, with a pitch of (1/3) L' and (2/3) L' in relation to the slab center of gravity. For this purpose several dimensions of the composite patchs are considered, namely :(6×4)cm 2, (12 ×8) cm2 and (18×12) cm2. The results show that the dimensions of the composite patch have a direct influence on the distortion before breaking. ….
