Abstract

Résumé : Le travail porte sur la fabrication et contrôle de qualité du LAMIDAZ® 250mg, médicament antifongique sous forme d’un comprimé qui a été produit au niveau de l’unité BIOTIC production de SAIDAL-CHERCHELL. L’analyse de qualité physico-chimique et microbiologique du produit pharmaceutique a révélé la conformité des produits finaux selon la norme de la Pharmacopée Européenne 2014. Abstract: The work focuses on the manufacture and quality control of LAMIDAZ® 250mg, an antifungal drug in tablet form, which was produced at the BIOTIC production unit of SAIDAL CHERCHELL. The physic-chemical and microbiological analysis confirmed the quality of the pharmaceutical product according to the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia2014.
