dc.identifier.citation	هدفت هذه الدراسة لتعرف على مدى مساهمة إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ترشيد نفقات التمويل في المؤسسات الرياضية , بحيث تلعب إدارة الجودة الشاملة دور كبير في ترشيد هذه النفقات و تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي و ذلك لملائمته مع الدراسة و يتم استخدام استمارة استبيان و ذلك لطبيعة الدراسة و أيضا الوسائل الإحصائية المتمثلة في النسب المؤية و يتم الوصول الى نتائج التالية . ان للإدارة الجودة الشاملة مساهمة في ترشيد نفقات التمويل بالمؤسسات الرياضية , و ان الجودة الشاملة لها دور كبير في المؤسسات الرياضية لأنها تفتح سبل و طرق لتحقيق النجاح عن طريق تطبيق كل من التدريب المستمر و التخطيط الاستراتيجي و التحسين المستمر و أيضا . أوصي بأن إدارة الجودة الشاملة يجب ان تطبق على جميع المؤسسات الرياضية و وضع برامج تعليمية وتدريبية لكيفية تطبيقها و المحافظة عليها و ترشيد اعمالها من التمويل وأيضا لرفع و مساهمة إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب و الرياضة بولاية المسيلة و برج بوعريريح This study aimed to know the extent to which the overall quality management contributes to rationalizing the financing expenses in sports institutions, so that the overall quality management plays a big role in rationalizing these expenses and the descriptive approach was followed to suit the study and a questionnaire form is used for the nature of the study as well as statistical means represented in the percentages of the following and reach the following results. Comprehensive quality management contributes to rationalizing funding expenses in sports institutions, and overall quality has a major role in sports institutions because it opens ways and ways to achieve success by applying both continuous training, strategic planning and continuous improvement as well. I recommend that the overall quality management should be applied to all sports institutions and develop educational and training programs for how to apply them and maintain them and rationalize their work of funding and also to raise and contribute the overall quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in The State of Masila and Bouarih Tower	en_US
