Validation d’un procédé de fabrication d’un produit à base d’alogliptine

Abstract

Résumé Ce mémoire vise à étudier l’industrie pharmaceutique en Algérie, à travers l’exemple du Groupe SAIDAL, acteur majeur dans la production et la distribution de médicaments. Le premier chapitre présente un aperçu général du secteur pharmaceutique national et du Groupe SAIDAL, incluant ses filiales et les notions clés liées au médicament. Le deuxième chapitre est consacré à l’étude du processus de fabrication et de contrôle de qualité d’un médicament antidiabétique à base d’Alogliptine. Enfin, le troisième chapitre expose et analyse les résultats des différents contrôles de qualité effectués (physiques, chimiques et microbiologiques), qui démontrent la conformité du produit aux normes en vigueur, traduisant ainsi une bonne maîtrise du procédé de fabrication. This thesis aims to explore the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria by focusing on the SAIDAL Group, a leading public company in the production and distribution of medicines. The first chapter provides a general overview of the national pharmaceutical sector and SAIDAL’s structure, including its subsidiaries and basic concepts related to pharmaceuticals. The second chapter presents the manufacturing and quality control process of an antidiabetic drug based on Alogliptin. The final chapter discusses and analyzes the results of various quality control tests (physical, chemical, and microbiological), which confirm the product’s compliance with pharmaceutical standards, highlighting the effectiveness of the manufacturing process. تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة واقع الصناعة الصيدالنية في الجزائر، من خالل التركيز على الدور المحوري الذي يلعبه ، باعتباره مؤسسة وطنية رائدة في إنتاج وتوزيع األدوية. تم تخصيص الفصل األول لتقديم عام حول SAIDAL مجمع وفروعه، وكذا المفاهيم األساسية المتعلقة بالدواء. أما الفصل SAIDAL قطاع األدوية في الجزائر، مع إبراز هيكلة مجمع الثاني، فتناولنا فيه عملية تصنيع ومراقبة الجودة لدواء مضاد لداء السكري من النوع الثاني يحتوي على مادة األلوغليبتين، وذلك من حيث المكونات، التجهيزات، والمراحل التصنيعية. وأخي ًرا، ركز الفصل الثالث على عرض وتحليل نتائج اختبارات الجودة )الفيزيائية، الكيميائية والميكرو بيولوجية(، التي أظهرت مطابقة المنتج للمعايير الصيدالنية المعتمدة، مما يعكس كفاءة .
