Interconnexion entre deux barrages : Bouroumi (Ain Defla) et Boukourdane (Tipaza)

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى تصميم شبكة نقل مياه بين سدين : سد بورومي الواقع بوالية البليدة وسد بوكردان المتواجد بوالية تيبازة لتلبية العجز المسجل في احتياجات مياه الشرب والسقي. وقد تم اقتراح تحويل جزء من مياه سد بورومي لدعم سد بوكردان .تمت دراسة ثالث بدائل للمسار الختيار الحل األمثل من حيث الموثوقية التقنية، والجدوى االقتصادية، ومالءمته للتضاريس. وشملت الدراسة تحديد أقطار األنابيب ونوعيتها والتجهيزات الهيدروليكية، مع مراعاة المعايير والتشريعات الفنية المعمول بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: سد بورومي، سد بو كردان، نقل، مستجمع المياه. Résumé Ce mémoire a pour objectif la conception d’un réseau de transfert d’eau entre deux barrages : le barrage de Bouroumi situé dans la wilaya de Blida et le barrage de Boukourdane situé dans la wilaya de Tipaza afin de couvrir le déficit enregistré en besoins d’eau potable et d’irrigation. Il a été proposé de transférer une partie des eaux du barrage de Bouroumi pour renforcer l’alimentation du barrage de Boukourdane. Trois variantes de tracé ont été étudiées afin de retenir la solution optimale, alliant fiabilité technique, rentabilité économique et adaptation aux contraintes du terrain. L’étude a également permis de définir les diamètres, la nature des conduites ainsi que les équipements hydrauliques, tout en respectant les normes et réglementations techniques en vigueur. Abstract This stady aims to design a water transfer network between two dams: Bouroumi Dam located at Blida city and Boukourdane Dam situated at Tipaza city to address the recorded deficit in drinking water and irrigation needs. It has been proposed to transfer part of Bouroumi Dam’s water to support the supply of Boukourdane Dam. Three route alternatives were studied to select the optimal solution in terms of technical reliability, economic feasibility, and adaptation to the terrain constraints. The study also defined the pipe diameters, material types, and hydraulic equipment, in compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulations.
