Abstract

With the development of electronic commerce, the electronic payment system has become necessary in daily life, but it is always exposed to some problems, including penetration, as it is not well secured, as some banks manage all transactions using a central unit that is subject to failure, which exposes the user’s money to risk, and this central unit also contains On many weaknesses, only some banks were exposed to hacking and theft of users’ money, all of this led to the search for a decentralized alternative that provides safety and gives users control over their transactions freely and securely Our project aims to develop an electronic payment program based on blockchain technology, a technology that does not require a central unit for management, and we have also developed our program on a private blockchain platform hyperleger Fabric. They provide us with the requirements we need to develop our application. We have completed a WAP application, and conducted a test scenario on several virtual banks, and in the future we will try to develop it on various operating system platforms and link it to various payment methods.
