| Abstract: | This experimental study focuses on the follow-up of the process of manufacturing a batch of shampoo within an industrial production unit of cosmetic products. We followed the various stages of production, starting with the physicochemical and organoleptic quality control of the raw materials, then we looked at the process of shampoo production while following the evolution of the semi-finished product by physicochemical analyzes.
