الدافعية :أهميتها ودورها في عملية التعلم

Abstract

الدوافع بالنسبة لسلوك الفرد هي المحرك، فلا معنى للسلوك بدون دافع.. فعادة ما يسأل الإنسان نفسه عن السبب الذي دفعه للقيام بتصرف معين دون آخر، أو قد يوجه سؤاله إلى فرد آخر: ما الذي دفعك للالتحاق بالجامعة؟ أو ما الذي دفعك لاختيار هذه المهنة تحديدا؟ إن علم النفس يهتم بدراسة السلوك الكلي أو المركب عند الفرد، والذي يتألف من عمليات عقلية معرفية (كالإحساس والإدراك واللغة والتفكير والتعلم والذاكرة والانتباه والتخيل والذكاء)، وظيفتها الأساسية معرفية، كذلك وصف السلوك وتنظيمه. وعمليات عقلية غير معرفية كالدافعية والانفعالات، إذ تتمثل وظيفة الدافعية الأساسية في تفسير السلوك المركب. Résumé : Les motivations sont pour le comportement de l'individu ce qui est un moteur pour un véhicule, autrement dit, un comportement sans motif n’a aucun sens. Aussi, Il est courant qu’une personne s’interroge sur les raisons qui l'ont poussé à se comporter d'une façon au lieu d’une autre, ou à interroger une autre personne sur ce qui l’a conduit à intégrer tel université? Ou à opter pour une profession bien précise ? La psychologie s’intéresse à étudier le comportement global ou composé de l'individu, cela inclue le processus mental cognitif (tel la sensation, la cognition, le langage, la pensée, l’apprentissage, la mémoire, l’attention, l’imagination et l’intelligence), dont la fonction principale est la connaissance, ainsi que la description du comportement et son organisation. Ajouté à ceci le processus mental non-cognitif à l’instar de la motivation et des émotions, d’ou la fonction fondamentale de la motivation est l’explication du dit comportement composé. Abstract: The motives for the individual behavior is the engine, there is no meaning of behavior without motif... Usually man asks himself for the reason that led him to behave in a way without the other, or ask someone: what inspired you to go to college? Or what inspired you to choose this profession in particular? Psychology is interested to studying the global behavior or composed of the individual, which consists of cognitive mental processes (such as sensation, cognition, language, thinking, learning, memory, attention, imagination and intelligence), its main function is knowledge, also describe the behavior and organize it. And non-cognitive mental processes such as motivation and emotions, as well as the basic function of motivation is to explain the complex behavior.
