Abstract

الملخص: شرعت 1830منذ احتلال الجزائر في الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في البحث عن الطرق الأسرع لتنفيذ المشروع الاستعماري وتثبيت أركان المجتمع ، على المجتمع الجزائري الفرنس ي الجديد بأرض الجزائر عوضا عن ومن البديهي أن يرتبط مشروع ، سكانها المجتمع الجزائري المعاصر بصفة إلية بسلوكيات الإدارة الاستعمارية في الدين والقضاء، ويمثل الدين بالنسبة للجزائريين السلطة الروحية التي نظمت علاقات المجتمع وقد كانت ، لعدة قرون منذ الفتح الإسلامي هذه السلطة الروحية تمثل المناعة الحصينة وعامل الوحدة التي يتميز بها المجتمع الجزائري والدولة الجزائرية منذ أن أصبحت مسلمة في وجه الحملات الأوروبية ذات الطابع الصليبي والسؤال المطروح هنا ما هو دور السلطة الدينية للمجتمع الجزائري والفرنس ي بالجزائر على حد السواء في المش روع الاستعماري أم كان هذا المشروع مشروعا ، الفرنس ي ؟ استعماريا اقتصاديا سياسيا فقط لا يحمل الصفات الدينية ؟.

Abstract: French administration and its position on the issues of religion and society after the occupation of Algeria-Study through archival documents. Since the occupation of Algeria in 1830. The French colonial administration started to search for the fastest ways to implement colonial project on Algerian society, and to establish the pillars of the new French society in the land of Algeria, rather than its population, it is obvious that the project about the Algerian contemporary society as a linked the mechanism of the behavior of the colonial administration in religion and the judiciary, and represents religion for Algerians as a spiritual authority which organized community relationships for several centuries.
