تصميم بطاقة ملاحظة وتقويم الممارسات التدريسية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بمختلف الأطوار التعليمية بالجزائر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تصميم وبناء بطاقة ملاحظة وتقويم الممارسات التدريسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بمختلف الأطوار التعليمية بالجزائر، قام الباحث بالرجوع إلى الدراسات السابقة التي اهتمت بتقويم الممارسات التدريسية للمدرس بصفة عامة ، والدراسات التي اهتمت بتقويم الممارسات التدريسية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بصفة خاصة ، كما اطلع الباحث على الأدبيات التى تناولت موضوع مهارات التدريس الفعال ، بالإضافة إلى البطاقات السابقة التي استخدمها الباحث في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه، حيث قام بتطوير بطاقة الملاحظة الأصلية مع بعض التعديلات، وبناءًا على ذلك تم تحديد المهارات الأدائية الأساسية للبطاقة ، والتي تم توزيعها على المجالات الأربعة: التخطيط، التنفيذ، إدارة الصف والتقويم. وقد حدد الباحث المهارات التدريسية لكل مجال من المجالات الأربعة للبطاقة ، حيث تمت صياغتها في مؤشرات إجرائية .وطبقت على عينة مكونة من 60 أستاذا من الجنسين مقسمين على بعض المتوسطات والثانويات التابعة لمختلف المقاطعات التعليمية بولايتي الشلف وغليزان، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن معاملات صدق وثبات جد مقبولة تجعل من بطاقة ملاحظة الممارسات التدريسية أداة تقويمية حسب رأي الباحث من شأنها الكشف عن المستوى الحقيقي والواقع الفعلي لمجريات العملية التدريسية. الكلمات الدالة: التقويم ـ الملاحظة ـ الممارسات التدريسية ـ التربية البدنية والرياضية. Summary : The present study aimed to design and build a grid observation and evaluation . teaching practices of a professor of physical education and sports in the different educational levels in Algeria, the researcher backs to previous studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices for teachers in general, studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices to professor of physical education and sports in particular, as Check researcher on the literature on the subject of effective teaching skills, in addition to the previous cards used by a researcher at the master's and doctoral degrees, where he developed the original grid observation with some modifications, and based on that have been identified for basic card performance skills, which have been distributed to four areas: planning, implementation, management and evaluation grade. It has identified the researcher teaching skills for each of the four areas of the card, where it was drafted in a procedural indicators . applied on a sample of 60 professors from gender divided on some averages and high schools of the various educational districts Provinces of Chlef, Relizane, The results yielded validity and reliability coefficients very acceptable make grid observation and evaluation teaching practices a good tool by opinion researcher will disclose the true level of actual reality of the course of the teaching process.
