أثر العمل المختلط في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية على دافعية الانجاز والأداء المهاري لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Abstract

تعتبر الممارسة الرياضية بصفة عامة وحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية بصفة خاصة من أهم المشاريع والخطط التي تدعمها الدول المتقدمة ، وهذا لكونها منبعا هاما من منابع التكوين والتنفيس لدى الشباب ، خاصة في ضل الأزمات والضغوطات النفسية والاجتماعية التي يعيشها الشباب في وقتنا الحالي ، ولعل من أهم القضايا التي أصبحت تؤرق الباحثين نجد قضية الاختلاط ، أي تواجد الجنسين معا في نفس الصف أو القسم وهذا ما حاولنا التطرق إليه في هذه الدراسة ، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الاختلاط على الأداء المهاري ودافعية الإنجاز لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي ، حيث وبعد تقسيم البحث إلى جانبين ، جانب نظري احتوى على أربعة فصول تمثلت في) الدراسات السابقة ، الاختلاط ، الأداء المهاري ، دافعية الإنجاز) ، وجانب تطبيقي تطرقنا فيه في البداية إلى فصل يحتوي على إجراءات البحث ، حيث تم اختيار المنهج والطرق المناسبة والذي تمثل في المنهج الوصفي لملائمته مع الموضوع ، وتحديد المجتمع الإحصائي وعينة الدراسة التي تمثلت في 120 تلميذ وتلميذة مقسمة على النحو التالي(40) تلميذ للمجموعة المختلطة ، و(40) تلميذ للمجموعة الذكور فقط و(40) تلميذ للمجموعة الإناث فقط ، وللفئة العمرية (17 ـ 18) سنة أي الأقسام النهائية فقط ، وفي الأخير وبعد ملأ الجداول قمنا بتفريغها وتحليلها و قد أشارت النتائج إلى أن : * عدم صدق الفرضية الأولى في جانب أبعاد الدافعية مع صدقها في جانب اختبارات الأداء المهاري : والتي تنص على أنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطور دافعية الانجاز والأداء المهاري لدى العينة المختلطة عن عينة الذكور بعد التدريس. * عدم صدق الفرضية الثانية أيضا في جانب أبعاد الدافعية مع صدقها في جانب اختبارات الأداء المهاري ، والتي تنص على أنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطور دافعية الانجاز والأداء المهاري لدى العينة المختلطة عن عينة الإناث بعد التدريس. * عدم صدق الفرضية الثالثة مرة أخرى في جانب أبعاد الدافعية مع صدقها في جانب اختبارات الأداء المهاري : والتي تنص على يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطور دافعية الانجاز والأداء المهاري لدى عينة الذكور عن عينة الإناث في المجموعة المختلطة بعد التدريس . الكلمات الدالة : الاختلاط ، التربية البدنية والرياضية ، الأداء المهاري ، دافعية الإنجاز الطور الثانوي . Which states that there are significant differences in the level of development of achievement motivation and performance skills of the sample from the mixed sample males after teaching. * Do not Believe The second hypothesis is also on the side of the dimensions of motivation with sincerity in the side tests of performance skills . Which states that there are significant differences in the level of development of achievement motivation and performance skills of the sample from the mixed sample female after teaching. * Do not Believe the third hypothesis again in the side of the dimensions of motivation with sincerity on the side of performance skills tests . And which provides no statistically significant differences in the level of development of achievement motivation and performance skills among a sample of male and female sample in the mixed group, after teaching.
