Abstract

تناولت الدراسة بشقيها النظري والتطبيقي كيفية بناء إستراتيجية واضحة للرفع من الفعالية التنظيمية أثناء تنظيم المنافسات الرياضية بحيث تضمنت المحاور الثلاثة المقترحة لتحقيقها والتي كانت عن طريق تحديد الأهداف الإستراتيجية على الاحتياجات التدريبية للمنظمين للرفع من الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضية كما أن التمكن من استغلال التكنولوجيات والأساليب التنظيمية الحديثة (الأنظمة الخبيرة) يرفع الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضية دون إهمال الإسهامات المقدمة من طرف اللجان المتخصصة كأحد أهم العوامل المساعدة على لرفع الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضي.حيث أجريت على الرابطات الولائية لولاية الشلف.
