الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقته بجودة الحياة

Abstract

لكي نصل إلى غاياتنا المرجوة يجب أن نحدد قبل كل شيء ما نريد أن نجنيه ، حيث هدفت دراستنا إلى محاولة التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وجودة الحياة. كما تكمن أهميتها في التوصل إلى أهم العوامل التي تجعل أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في بلادنا راض عن عمله وذلك بالعمل على توفيرها إن كانت غير موجودة وتدعيمها إن كان هنالك نقص. والوصول إلى حقيقة أو إبطال أن مهنة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية مهنة تجعل الفرد سعيدا في عمله وحياته كما ينظر إليها تقريبا جل من اختار شعبة التربية البدنية والرياضية . To reach our objectives; we have to determine first of all what we have to realize as findings, since our study aims at to try to recognize the correlation relation between the functional satisfaction of physical education and sports teachers and the quality of life. Its importance is represented in reaching the most important features which make the sports teacher in our country satisfied on his job through providing it if it doesn’t exist and giving it a support in case of any deficiency. And reaching a fact or to defuse that physical education and sports teacher can make him satisfied in his work and life as it is regarded by most of those who opted the physical education and sport field of study.
