دراسة مصادر الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي

Abstract

يندرج أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ضمن المنظومة التربوية كباقي الأساتذة في التخصصات الأخرى فهو يشعر بالحاجة إلى أشياء معينة تؤثر في سلوكه، وأن الحاجة الغير مشبعة فقط هي التي تؤثر في السلوك وهي التي يتوقف عليها مدى رضاه عن عمله والذي ينعكس على أدائه داخل المؤسسة، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين مصادر الاحتراق النفسي والرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي، حيث استعملنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثل مجتمع بحثنا في أساتذة التربية البدنية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي والتي بلغ عددهم 125 أستاذ، وفيما يخص الوسائل الإحصائية استعملنا برنامج (spss 23) ، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة عكسية سالبة بين مصادر الاحتراق النفسي والرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية. The professor of physical education and sports within the educational system, like the other professors in other disciplines, he feels the need for certain things affect his behavior, and that the need is not only saturated that affect the behavior, which depends on the extent of satisfaction with his work, which is reflected on the performance within the institution, The study examined the relationship between the sources of psychological combustion and job satisfaction of the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage. In this study, we used the descriptive approach. Our research society represents the 125 teachers of physical education in secondary education. As for the statistical methods we used the program (spss 23), and the results reached a negative correlation between the sources of psychological combustion and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education.
