علاقة القوة المميزة بالسرعة للذراعين والقوة الانفجارية للرجلين بدقة التصويب من الارتقاء بكرة اليد

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين القوة المميزة بالسرعة للذراعين والقوة الانفجارية للرجلين ودقة مهارة التصويب من الارتقاء، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (14) لاعبا من فريق الجمعية الرياضية لبلدية القادرية فئة (U17) الناشط في الرابطة الولائية لكرة اليد بالبويرة، وبعد تطبيق الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية على عينة البحث تم جمع نتائج هاته الاختبارات ومعالجتها احصائياً مستخدما في ذلك المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة تحليل الانحدار، حيث توصلالباحثان الى وجود علاقة قوية موجبة بين القوة المميزة بالسرعة ودقة التصويب من الارتقاء، وكذا وجود علاقة بين القوة الانفجارية للرجلين ودقة التصويب من الارتقاء، وفي الأخير تم التوصل الى معادلة يمكن التنبؤ بواسطتها بمستوى دقة التصويب من الارتقاء من خلال القوة المميزة بالسرعة للذراعين والقوة الانفجارية، وعليه أوصى الباحثان بضرورة التأكيد على استخدام الاختبارات التي تقترب من ظروف اللعب والمنافسة عند قياس الصفات البدنية والمهارية للاعبي كرة اليد، وكذا العمل على دمج التدريبات البدنية والمهارية مع بعضها البعض وتجنب الأساليب القديمة التي تدعو الى فصل التدريبات البدنية عن التدريبات المهارية، وكذا ضرورة إجراء بحوث مشابهة باستخدام عناصر بدنية مختلفة لم تتطرق اليها الدراسة ومعرفة العلاقة بينها وبين المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد. الكلمات الدالة: القوة المميزة بالسرعة، القوة الانفجارية، التصويب من الارتقاء، كرة اليد. summary: This study aims to identify the relation between the briskness of the arms and the explosive power of the legs with overhead shooting، where the two researchers used the descriptive method. The study was conducted on a sample of 14 players from the Sports’ Association of the municipality of El ـ Kaderia which competes in the Bouira Handball State League. And after exercising the physical and technical tests on this study sample، the data was collected and analyzed statistically using arithmetic means، standard deviation، Pearson correlation coefficient، and the deviation analysis equation، the researchers came to the conclusion that there is a strong and positive relation between briskness and overhead shooting، and also between the explosive power and overhead shooting. And finally، an equation has been developed to predict the overhead shooting accuracy using the briskness of the arms and the explosive power، and as such، they emphasized on the importance of using tests that simulate the conditions of the game and competition when measuring physical and technical qualities for Handball players، and also to fuse these physical and technical exercises together and refraining from the old and traditional methods that aim to separate physical exercises from technical ones، and to conduct similar tests using different physical elements that were not addressed in this study، and realizing their respective relationships with the fundamental techniques of Handball.
