قياس مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالطور الثانوي بولاية تيارت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالطور الثانوي ، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الملائم لهذه الدراسة ، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس الرضا الوظيفي يحتوي على ستة أبعاد على عينة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية قوامها 54 أستاذ في التعليم الثانوي بولاية تيارت تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية ، وبعد جمع البيانات وإجراء عمليات التحليل الإحصائي تم التوصل إلى أن درجة الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية جاءت سلبية ، كما تبين أيضاأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضيةتعزى لمتغيرين المؤهل العلمي ، الخبرة المهنية . Abstract : The objective of this study was to find out the extent of job satisfaction among the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage. The researchers used the descriptive method appropriate for this study. The job satisfaction index was applied in six dimensions to a sample of )54( teachers in secondary education in Tiaret Were randomly selected، and after collecting the data and conducting the statistical analysis it was found that the degree of job satisfaction of the teachers of physical education and sports was negative، also found that there were no significant differences in the degree of job satisfaction of professors Physical fitness and sports are attributed to two variables of scientific qualification، professional experience.
