أهم أسباب الضغوطات التي تؤثر على أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المؤسسات الثانوية مع فئة المراهقين

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الضغوطات التي تؤثر على أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المؤسسات التربوية. معرفة تأثير قلة المنشآت الرياضية والوسائل البيداغوجية على أداء الأستاذ خلال الحصة.ولقد اعتمد الباحث على عينة تتمثل في 18 أستاذ التربية البنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي .كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي.ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها - عدم قدرة الأستاذ على التحكم في الوسائل العلمية والتكنولوجية وعدم استعمالها وتوظيفها يؤثر على أدائه. - يشكل التلاميذ عائق أمام الأستاذ أثناء تفعيل الحصّة من جميع الجوانب والنواحي خاصة تلك التي تطرقنا إليها في الاستمارة الخاصّة بالاستبيان. - المنشآت الرياضية والوسائل البيداغوجية التي تتوفر عليها معظم المؤسسات التربوية غير كافية. - تأثير الضغوطات الاجتماعية على الأستاذ خاصة من ناحية الإشراف التربوي والوسط الأسري. الكلمات الدالة: أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية-التربية البدنية والرياضية –المراهقة-الضغوطات Abstract : The study aims to identify the most important pressures that affect the performance of the professor of physical education and sports in educational institutions. Knowledge of the effect of lack of sports facilities and pedagogical methods on the performance of the professor during the session. The researcher relied on a sample of 18 professors of education in the structure and sports in the secondary stage. The researcher also used descriptive method. The most important results reached - The inability of the professor to control scientific and technological means and not to use them and affect their performance.
