مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لديمينغ بين الأهمية والاستخدام في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لديمينغ في معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية وهذا انطلاقا من جانبين الأول من حيث درجة الاستخدام والثاني من حيث درجة أهمية توفر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لديمينغ في البرامج والخدمات التي يقدمها معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية وهذا من خلال نظرة هيئة التدريس، وايضا من خلال التعرف على دلالة الفروق في استجابات افراد العينة بين درجة الاستخدام ودرجة أهمية توفر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لديمينغ لجميع مبادئ الدراسة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس الدائمين، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي وأداة تمثلت في الاستبانة والتي تكونت من محورين الأول خاص بقياس أهمية توفر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لديمينغ والثاني فهو خاص بقياس درجة توفر هاته المبادئ والذي تضمن لكل من المحورين 56 فقرة مقسمة على 14 مبدأ. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة استخدام مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة ضعيفة، في حين درجة أهمية توفر هاته المبادئ جاءت عالية وكذلك توصلنا إلى انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر هيئة التدريس بالنسبة لدرجة استخدام مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة ولأهمية توفر هاته المبادئ. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the principles of the overall quality management of “diming” are applied in the Sports and Physical Training Institute. The study focuses on two aspects: the first seeks to know how frequently these principles are used and the second stresses the importance of the availability of “diming’s” overall quality management principles in the programmes and services provided by the Sport and Physical Training Institute. This is achieved through the eyes of the teaching staff on the one hand، and by grasping the significant differences underlying the sample group’s responses as to the use and importance of availability of diming’s overall quality management principles. The sample group of the study includes all the permanent members in the teaching body. For this، both the descriptive method and the questionnaire have been used. The latter includes two central points: the first is about measuring the importance of the availability of diming’s overall quality management principles while the second is devoted to measuring how available these principles are. The two parts involves 56 paragraphs dealing with 14 principles. The findings show that the degree of using the overall quality management principles is low. Whereas، the importance of the availability of these principles is demonstrated as high. Also، we figured out that there are statistically significant differences in the teaching staff’s points of view as to the degree of using the overall quality management principles as well as the importance of their availability.
