جودة أداء معايير (التنفيذ والتخطيط وأساليب التدريس وعملية الاتصال) لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وتأثيرها على تحسين عملية التقويم

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة بعض أسباب وصعوبات إجراء عملية التقويم في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية و إبراز تأثير الأداء التدريسي الجيد لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وانعكاسه على عملية التقويم ، على ضوء معايير الجودة حيث استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، حيث أعد الباحث استبانة واحدة لغرض الدراسة مكونة من أربعة محاور ( التخطيط والتنفيذ ، طرق وأساليب ألتدريس ، الاتصال التربوي) ، وإجراء مقابلة شخصية مع (03) مفتشي التربية ، وكانت العينة عشوائية مكونة من 75 أستاذ من ثانويات الجزائر العاصمة ، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن من أهم أسباب ضعف عملية التقويم هو أداء الأستاذ العلمي والمهني وأن لجودة أداء الأستاذ دوراً ايجابياً في تحسين وتطوير عملية التقويم في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية .This study aims to find out some of the causes and the difficulties of conducting the evaluation process in the share of physical education and sports, and how Teaching performance good for the professor of physical education and sports on the evaluation process affects, in the light of the quality standards where the researcher used in this study, the descriptive approach, and prepared the researcher to identify one for the purpose of made up the study of the four axes (planning and implementation,teaching methods, the process of educational communication), and conduct a personal interview with (03) inspectors of Education, and the random sample composed of 75 professors from secondary school in Algiers, and the results showed that the most important reasons for the weakness of the evaluation process is the performance of the scientific and professional teacher and the quality of the teacher's performance a positive role in the improvement and development of the evaluation process in the share of physical education and sports.
