Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء أهمية وممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للتفكيرالناقد ومهاراته بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بسيدي عبد الله جامعة الجزائر3 ، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيس للدراسة استخدم الباحث إستبيان التفكير الناقد موجه للأساتذة ، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع الأساتذة والبالغ عددهم (122)أستاذاً وأستاذة.وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية و اختبار (ت) ، واختبار (ONE WAY ANOVA) ، وإختبار شيفيه (Sheffe Test). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية في أهمية التفكيرالناقد ومهاراته تعزى لمتغير الرتبة العلمية (أستاذ محاضر ، أستاذ مساعد) ، فيما دلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في ممارسة التفكيرالناقد ومهاراته تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة المهنية.هذا وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ، كما تم الخروج بعدد من الاقتراحات. الكلمات الدالة: مهارة ، التفكير الناقد. ABSTRACT : The study aimed to find out the importance of exercise of critical thinking skills at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports in Sidi Abdullah University of Algiers 3, the research used The Critical Thinking questionnaire for professors, where the study sample consisted of all teachers in the Institute;The number of teachers is (122)professor. We use the mean and standard deviation, t ـ test, (ONE WAY ANOVA) and (Scheffe’sTest). The results of the study showed there is no significant differences were found due to the importance of critical thinking skills and the academic rank (lecturer, assistant professor), Further more the study showed a significant differences were found due to the variable years professional experience and practice of the critical thinking skills. Results were discussed in the light of relevant literature and previous studies.Several proposals had been presented. Keywords: critical thinking skills
