Abstract

ملخص البحث: تعتبر التوقيعات من الفنون الأدبية التي نشأت مع حركة التدوين التي عرفها صدر الإسلام ولاسيما العهد الراشدي الذي عرف الكثير من التطورات أبرزها تدوين القرآن الكريم والمراسلات التي كان يقوم بها الخلفاء لولاتهم وعمالهم في الأقاليم وازدادت أهمية بعد اتساع رقعة الخلافة وتعددت مناحي الحياة، والتوقيعات كما هو معلوم عبارة موجزة تصدر عن الخليفة أو الوزير للإجابة عن أمر كتظلم أو عزل أو نصح أو ما إلى ذلك، وكانت هذه التوقيعات عادة ما تكون آية أو حديثا, أو حكمة أو مثلا سائرا، أو كلمة واعظة من الخليفة تؤدي المعنى المراد وكان الهدف منها تيسير الأمور وسياسة الأمة وتوجيهها، هذا وعرضت في هذا البحث تلك المراجع والمؤلفات التي تناولت هذا الفن وذكرت من بينها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر العقد الفريد لابن عبد ربه وخاص الخاص للثعالبي وجمهرة رسائل العرب وصبح الأعشى للقلقشندى وغيرها وإن كانت التوقيعات متفرقة في كتب أخرى تحتاج إلى جهود الباحثين والمهتمين لجمعها وتصنيفها.
